But how exactly does your loyalty account work?
When you make your first purchase in our Ixelles boutique or on the eshop, we invite you to create a customer account. This account allows you to become one of Makesenz's privileged customers. You'll be kept up to date with our latest products, events, partnerships and news. You'll also receive our newsletter, full of useful tips for taking care of yourself. All in a simple, minimalist approach.
This customer account directly activates your loyalty account. You'll earn points for every purchase you make, and get all the benefits you need!
For every 10 €, you earn 1 loyalty point. From 30 points, you receive a 10 € discount voucher by e-mail. From 60 points, you'll receive a 15 € voucher for your next online or in-store order.
If you wish to use your discount voucher in-store, simply keep the e-mail you receive, which will contain a code. When you check out, you can show us this e-mail or simply give us the discount code.
If you wish to use your discount voucher on our e-shop, you will need to insert the discount code received in your e-mail in the "Gift card or promotional code" section on the "Information" page after validating your basket and logging in to your customer account.
