Use the bamboo spatula to place a pea-sized dose on your toothbrush and brush for 2 minutes. Be careful not to let water into the jar to avoid bacteria. Once opened, the jar will keep for 12 months in a dry place at room temperature.

This toothpaste is made with organic peppermint essential oil. Studies have shown that peppermint essential oil is highly effective at killing the anaerobic bacteria that thrive in oxygen-poor environments and can affect gums.
