A sun-kissed complexion that's healthy, simple and fun!

1- Watch what you eat
Reduce your sugar and alcohol intake and, above all, go for seasonal vegetables and fruit for a colorful plate! And why not top it off with a vitamin cure, because if the sun isn't shining, you need to boost your skin with vitamin D! And while we're at it, it's also time to overdo the vitamin C for baby-soft skin.
2- I boost my skin with the healthy glow serum
This little bottle is a marvel for enhancing your healthy glow. Its perfect formula, based on carrot and jojoba macerates, is rich in beta-carotene (precursor of vitamin A, a very important vitamin at any age, especially for cell health). 3- I massage my face
